Board of Directors

Three Oaks Board of Directors consists of volunteer representatives from our community. The members are charged with the legal responsibility to provide governance and leadership to the organization. Board members are elected for a specified term of office at the Annual General Meeting of the Corporation. The Board of Directors meets on a regular basis to oversee and monitor the operations of the agency.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee provides leadership and direction to the Board of Directors and facilitates the development of a collective sense of ownership and responsibility for the direction of and work completed by the Board of Directors. They are also responsible for overseeing and coordinating all work and activities undertaken by the Board of Directors.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is responsible for the development, monitoring and evaluation of long range financial plans for the corporation. The Finance Committee shall ensure the efficient and responsible management of the organization's financial resources.

Planning and Development Committee

The Planning and Development Committee is responsible for the development, monitoring and evaluation of a strategic plan for the agency. The Planning and Development Committee is also responsible for coordinating and/or monitoring any significant development, organizational review, reorganization or restructuring initiatives.
